Der Umgang mit Zytostatika
Nach wie vor gilt die Erkenntnis, daß auch kleinste Dosen von Zytostatika eine irreversible und damit additive Wirkung haben und sie daher, obwohl sie keinen Schwel- lenwert besitzen, ein zwar geringes, aber definiertes Risiko darstellen. Insofern sind sich alle verantwortlichen Organe einig, daß die absolute Forderung nach Risikomini- mierung beim Umgang mit Zytostatika weiterhin erhoben werden muß.
